My Meijer is fine with doing a manu Q and Mealbox Q together.
But they have had a policy for many moons that you can use only 2 copies of the same coupon per order (thus, you can use a Skippy Q and a Mealbox Skippy Q, but you can do it only twice per transaction).
It's kind of inconvenient, but it does make it less likely that the store is wiped out 10 minutes after stuff goes on sale.
This is kind of funny because at the Meijer I shop at only 2 like coupons will double per transaction, but there is no limit to the number of like coupons you can use, they just don't double.

Hmm... just goes to show the YMMV thing... When Skippy was on sale recently, I picked up 8 on 1 transaction using 8 Manufacturer Q's and 8 MMBQ's.
Just to be safe, I think I'll call my Meijer and ask them if their policy has changed. I don't want to find this out at checkout... It really could have an impact when your doing the 10/10 - 11th free sales...
