A couple other times I have no idea why the deal didn't go through. I thought about contacting CS, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Same thing w/ returning the products. I still load my card, but don't anticipate the q's really coming off. Great if it does, oh well if it doesn't. |

Had a similar problem a few months back with my P&G qs not coming off. contacted cs- they sent me the same email requesting more info. about a month later i finally got an email saying they have resolved the prob and my card would reflect a credit for that amount that didnt come off. said it could take 4-8 weeks- still waiting.
However- i've also had probs with shortcuts- contacted their cs and they had it resolved within 4 hrs. definately a huge difference in customer service! |

last night just for the herbal essence, i only had $2 on my K card from P&G and had Q $2/2 making ea. for .49 still not bad, i got the blue one too.
i looked high and low for a gillete Q, NADA!! could'nt find one, i do have the $3 from P&G. also got 3 cottonelle TP for .19 & 2 juicy juice for about $1.87 - had $1 Q, my girls love this juice, what kid doesn't, they know and understand this is luxury juice and mom uses Q for it, they're proud of me!! |
