Catalina Problem~Help!

What happens when you don't get a catalina after check-out that you expected to get?
Kroger had a promotion going where you buy $15.00 in Duracell batteries and you get a $3.00 catalina off your next shopping trip....
I did this and it never came out?
The only problem I have is that I read this promotion on a coupon blog so I have nothing to show them at Kroger?
Would they know if this is a promotion with their store if I went to Kroger and asked?

I do not have the answer to your question, but I would like to say that I have often wondered the same thing myself. I wish there were some way we could find out exactly which Catalinas were available in which regions & which stores. I've tried finding a Catalina website, but the only thing I could locate was their site that is devoted to getting stores to purchase Catalina advertising. If anyone out there in Coupon Land has the answer, please advise!

I haven't used it - yet, but I sure need to. I had the same problem w/ the Duracell catalina, but I am afraid they will say their system is using the sales price and not the regular price as others have posted...I'd be interested in hearing what they tell you.
