I'm in Georgetown, but that's pretty close to Lexington. I honestly don't remember what my buys were at Kroger for this week (I shop on Sundays), but I can try to remember to post any that I find this next week if you want. Last week wasn't a very good one at Kroger, so I didn't get too much. I did use up my $5 off $25 Private selection Angus Beef coupon on the pot roasts that were on sale. I'm assuming you have the Kroger shoppers card and have given them your home address so that they can mail you coupons. They do that pretty regularly and some of them are even for free items. Also, you can load electronic coupons onto your shoppers card-- I use UPromise, the Kroger website, and 1 other site (can't think of the name right now) to put ecoupons on my card. These will stack with your paper coupons, but they will not double like paper ones do.

Yeah, I'm not seeing a lot to get excited about this week, either... I have some coupons for Kleenex, and I see there is a Catalina for that, but I'm not having good luck with Catalina reliability. Mostly, I'm using coupons that expire today and don't see a lot to combine with sales. Thanks for the tips!

Nope, there wasn't too much good this week.

    Here's what I got:
    Totino's party pizzas--$1 each, $1 off 5 coupon, final 80 cents each.
Barilla whole grain pasta-- $1 each, $.55 off 2 coupon, final about 73 cents each
    Digornio pizza -- $4.47, $1 coupon, final $3.37
Rotisserie chicken -- $4.99, $1 coupon, final $3.99 (we made this into lunch and dinner, so it wasn't too bad a splurge, but it isn't something I normally buy)
Green Giant Steamfresh veggies -- $1.28 a bag, $1.00 off 2 coupon (or maybe 50 cents that doubled?), final 78 cents a bag
Kroger shredded cheese -- $1.50 a bag, $.45 off one coupon, $1.05 final price

I also got some clearanced bakery/bread items:
Sugar free apple pie -- $1.89
Active lifestyles whole grain bread -- $.25

I also bought some staples we needed that weren't on a good sale (bread, eggs), a tube of beef, and fresh produce (broccoli, green pepper, garlic, bananas, potatoes)

Here are some good deals I got this week at Kroger:

    Turtle flavor Chex Mix -- free after 50 cent coupon (doubled) and short cuts coupon (50 cents) -- $1.50 a bag - 1.00- .50 = 00

Hamburger Helper -- bought 6 boxes at 3/$5. Used 2 .75/3 coupons and 2 electronic .75/3 coupons for total coupons of $3. Received $2.50 OYNO catalina for buying 5 or more HH. $10- $3 - $2.50= $4.50 (75 cents each). Not the best deal ever, but our exchange student was begging for his favorite chicken helper meal to be served again.

Weight Watchers Smart Ones (frozen meals) -- Used buy 5, get a free flat bread and buy 3, get a free breakfast coupons plus a $3/$15 frozen food purchase coupon Kroger sent me. So I got 10 frozen meals for $16, minus the $3 coupon, for a total cost of $13. For buying 7 or more, I got a Catalina for $4 off my next order, for a final cost of $9 for the 10 meals (90 cents each).

Nature Valley Granola bars -- On sale for $2.29 a box, got 4 boxes. Used 2 50 cent off one coupons (doubled) and one 70 cents off 2 coupon. Also used 2 40 cents off one electronic coupons. Received a Catalina for $3 off my next purchase for buying 4 boxes. So the total for these was $9.16- 2.00-.70-.80 - 3.00 = 2.66 (about 67 cents a box).

Also, I have been going to the Kroger website daily to play their March Madness game. So far I won a free Lunchable. It didn't give it to me for free when I bought it yesterday, but I'm sure they will make good on it. So make sure you are going to the site and playing that. One of the prizes is $5 credit on your shoppers card.

    Oops...forgot the Betty Crocker deal.

The fruit snacks/fruit roll ups were on sale for $1.79 a pack. There is a catalina on those as well, that gives $3.50 when you buy 5 of them. I had coupons for 4 of them (can't remember the values, though) plus a 50 cent ecoupon on my Kroger card. Even if I averaged 50 cents a pack for coupons (it may have been more), the cost would have been:

    $8.95- $2.50 - $3.50 = $2.95 (60 cents a pack)

You can also get a free pack of Fiber One yogurt (4 pack). They were on sale with the Cart Busters promotion. Combine the sale price with a $1.00 IP and a $1 e-q from either Shortcuts.com or Cellfire.com (I can't remember which had the q).

Ok, this is just a quick blurb, sorry not more organized for ya.

The Betty Crocker Mini Warm Delights(the micorwave ones) are on sale for $1.50. Use $.50 BC Warm Delights coupon (doubled) and I think both Cellfire and Shortcuts have a $.50 Q. So these will be either $.50 or free for you.

I also had some IP Q's for $1/1 Multi-grain Cherios. On sale for $2.99 so paid $1.99. And this was the large box of Multi-grain.

Also, $.50 Q's for Chocolate Cherios. Small box on sale for $2.99. Also, either C-Fire or Shortcuts has a $.55 Q. So I paid $1.44

Once again, sorry it's so scattered! It's been a loooong Monday!!!!

I needed to buy some things today for a special dish hubby is making, so I made a rare 2nd trip back to Kroger for the week.

I got the BC Warm Delights using manufacturers coupons plus shortcuts and cellfire coupons. I got 2 packs of them for free. I also decided to try out the Egg Beaters-- They aren't on sale, but I had 2 $1/1 coupons and there is a $1 catalina when you buy 2, so it worked out to $1.50 off each of them, or a price of $1.69 each. I haven't used them before, but figured I'd give it a go at that price.

It looks like you can get the Betty Crocker cookie mixes for nearly free this week too. I believe there are ecoupons out there for them and there are coupons for 40 cents off 1 (which will double). They are also on sale for $1.50 each this week.
