Kroger Card

I have had my Kroger card for a while now, and I didn't know about the deals that you get through the cards until I signed up with CM. My question is when I tried to sign up with cellfire, they told me to get a new card that they couldn't load up the q's onto my card. If I do go and get a new card, would I lose all of my eq's through shortcuts, and P&G? I would hate to lose all of those q's. Should I just let them go, or get a new card, or keep my old card and not use cellfire?

You could get a new card and then reload the new card with the shortcuts & P&G q's. The only problem with that is I think it takes a couple of weeks or so for the new card # to get into the system to be able to load it. I don't know why the cellfire q's won't load onto you card, that just doesn't make sense at all. If it doesn't work I would get a new card, because cellfire does have some great Q's at times. You could also just use up the Q's you have loaded on the current card until they expire then start using the new card later.

I also had a problem with cellfire. The system would not recognize my Kroger number. Every time I tried to load a deal the system would say I did not enter a valid Kroger number. This wasn't true, and there wasn't a typo in the number (tried multiple times on multiple occasions).

I emailed them and they said they were looking into it. I never heard back from them, but a few days later I tried again, and it worked. So I don't know what's up with their system.

Getting a new Kroger card would erase the history of your purchases and would effect the coupons you get from Kroger.

You could always get a new one and just use two. Might be a pain in the butt for a little bit until you could get everything rolled over to one card. But think of the double Q's you could do for awhile too
