Default First problem at Kroger

Since I started couponing about 4 months ago I've been shopping a lot more at my local Kroger because I can double my q's (up to .50). They have never limited the amount of q's that I can use and it's been great. Last night I went in and picked up 4 single roll Bounty and 4 of the McCormick spices among some other items. She rang up my order and then scanned my q's. She gave me one Bounty q and one McCormick q back and told me that they can only accept 3 q's of a like item. HUH? I told her that I've never had a problem in there before using more than 3 and she said the other cashiers must push them through. Well....guess which cashier I'm not going to anymore!

Or, take em to the car and zip back in.
How about self-check out too?

Have you tried emailing the corporate office for information regarding their coupon policy? I normally go through the self check out line also at Kroger, and they have to scan your coupons for you. I have only had 2 problems since I started shopping there in November. And one was my fault as I did not read the fine print on the peelie. It said one per transaction, I don't know if your's is the same way. But I do multiple transactions jic. I go shopping there after 7pm when they usually are not as busy, as the one I visit is a 24 hour store.
