I don't know if this is a 4 day sale or not, but today Kroger had 4 oz total toothpaste on sale for $1, use the man Q and it's only .25.
(Also, some Kroger Colgate q's were mailed out awhile back, that were $1 q's so that would make it free.)

I couldn't find the Colgate at my Kroger, but BC Warm Delights on sale for $1.00. I bought 13 with $0.75 MQ doubled to $1.00 (all the MQ I had) and two Motts Apple Juice on sale for $1.50. Then register took off a total of 4 SC and CF (forgot about them). Total OOP $1.00
