Tell me what I did wrong!

I bought the $50 worth of products in order to get the $12 coupon, however twice I only got a $5 coupon. The first time I bought Huggies (5 at $9.99) and lipton tea ($1.19 I believe) which is included in the list of products that qualify. Expected to get the $12 but only got $5. Last night I got Huggies (three at $9.99), four lipton teas, and $19.99 in glade (darn that I didn't get an extra glade so I could get the $5 coupon instead of the $3!) Still no $12 coupon. I'm confused as to what I did wrong. It didn't specify anywhere a size or any particular type of the product but I assume the tea is what did it. Any ideas??

Give corp a call and see what they say. IF it turns out that you are owed the $12 then go back to the store, speak to the manager, tell him/her you spoke with corp and hopefully they will give you the $12 owed to you.

I did the 3x 9.99 Huggies thinking I would get a $5 CAt and NOTHING~! I did however get a $5 off anything at the end of my receipt. THATS NOT WHAT I am supposed to get, right?

I think that is what you were supposed to get as long as it's the one that says "$5 off and purchase of $5 or more" and not the "$5 off grocery and drug store purchase of $50 or more." It actually came out with the receipt and not out of the catalina machine this time.
