$15 in cats gone?

I was in the Matamoras PA store today with my 2 sons. We each had 10 items over $25 in H&B items. We all paid and no cats printed. I asked the manager and she said that the storm the other day blew out the Catalina system and that it would be fixed tomorrow. She then told me that because I used coupons that they couldn't give the OK for me to get my cats tomorrow so I'm out of luck.

This doesn't seem fair and when I complained she said "What are you crying about you paid 4.89 for 30 items why should we pay you to shop?"

So what do I do? Suggestions please!

Call the catalina company and see if they can help you. They may be able to look up your transaction with your receipt, not sure. What are these $15 cats anyway? I must have missed this one.....

oh ok...I see that now in the ad. I missed that, but I did get a $5 cat in my store and now I know why. To your OP, sure you should get paid to shop, that's what promo's and rebates are for, right? To push you to try the products. Your $5 catalina is your reward for purchasing the $25 in HB products.

Where does it say you get a $5 Cat for buying $25 in HBA? Ok I just looked at every single page on both the monthly ad and the weekly ad...I can't find it...What page is it on? I was wondering why I kept getting coupons. I got the ones for buying $15 worth of Henkel/Dial products and then I also got $3 off Consumables and Edibles and another $3 off Health, Beauty, Food, and Consumables but I couldn't figure out how. I've done 4 trans and bought $230 worth of stuff and paid $15 and I still have a $5 off $5 purchase to use!

Aha! Just as I suspected! It's not in my ad but I looked at the ad for Matamoras and there it is! $5 off Health, Beauty, Food, and Consumables purchase wyb $25 worth of Health and Beauty products! Of course I've only been getting $3 off. But at least I know now...I'm up to $266 worth of stuff for $21 and I still have a $5 off and 2 $3 off coupons!

I've never heard of Q's disqualifying catalinas although I've had some problems at WAGS the manager was gracious enough to give me the money back when I didn't receive the cats. IMHO, I'd try and see if a diff manager is on duty when you try to reclaim your cats...I know at albies they have a code they can enter to get your cats to print out...I'd bring the reciept back to a diff manager definitely. Hopefully a guy....bat your eyelashes and act innocent (LOL horrible I KNOW)...don't point out the Q use...and if it comes up I would say that the cats didn't print because of a storm it doesn't come out of Kmarts pocket anyways it's a discount paid by the manufacturer so what diff is it to them anyways....
