    Default La looks coupon beeps

    Is anyone having this issue at Kmart. My coupons have beeped at the register and a message on the computer comes out and says "Does not match previous sale". I have tried many times even at customer service. I got the same pictured on the coupon. It's on sale for $1.99 and I don't want to miss out. Can anyone help please?

    I'm guessing it has to do with the overage of a cent. Mine beeped and they acted so perplexed they kept trying to scan it over and over and over. Then they said it won't take it. That came from the manager. So I just told them to take it off.

    I had the same problem with that coupon, so I also left them behind. It shouldn't beep due to overage because the double usually adjusts itself. Example: $1.99 item...coupon looks like $1 scanned coupon + 0.99 multi coupon. The cashier even questioned the size, which we checked together and it matched perfectly. We even tried doing them in a separate transaction and it still didn't work! I even noticed a register with about 12 of them sitting there...somebody else must have left them behind, too!

    Thanks. I was about to think something was wrong but I did notice that the coupons do have two barcodes. Did you guys match up the product UPC code with the coupon? If so did it work?

    The lady in front of me had this problem oday but the girl running the register got it to go through and doubble correctly.

    I had this problem during the last doubles. The issue is not the coupon or the overage it's the fact that every Kmart has programed in the wrong size for the gel. So when they scan it the size comes up different than what the actual size is. You just need to point that out and you shouldn't have anymore issues. HTH

    Did you do or so anything to get the problem fixed? I might just contact corp about this.

    I didn't feel like I had too the cashiers realized it and put them though manually.

    I had the issue today with that coupon as well, and a brand new cashier, trust me was a horrible overall experience for my first time doing the doubles, but the manager was busy playing catch up because they had only two registers open and lines of people, so she called over the food guy and he just put it in manually.

    I've had this problem since the first doubles around here. If the cashier can't figure it out just ask for a manager and they will manually put it thru.
