I dont really want emails at all. Is there some list of zones I can print out somewhere? For example today it says we're in zone 1 and 5. I want something I can write down on a dry erase board or planner so I can try and follow it each day.

Nevermind I did find the master 'detailed cleaning lists'. And the list of zones. I can start with those in a small binder I guess. I have also seen in Staples ads for their dollar days stuff, a dry erase board with the days of the week on it. Its $5. I want to get one to hang on my fridge for my cleaning routines. Plus then DH can see what I've been doing all day. LOL

They also do kids routines which may help Matthew a bunch. Many kids 'need' to do the same things every day in order for their world to feel complete, otherwise they feel like their missing something (we all know how we get when we feel like there is something to do and yet not doing it). Make it a game, set the timer for 5, 10, or 15 minutes and they clean up their room and when the timer goes off, they're done. Hour later try it again if needed or the next day... 27 Fling Boogies are supposed to work well with kids stuff too.
Off to work soon, need to clip my Pantene q's for Meijer... We need hair stuff! I still have shampoo from the John Freida $5 q, but conditioner is what I'm nearly out of. I just did my list last night and I can't even remember what's on it. Geesh! I'm tired.
Lilmama and Antonio moved out last night. They have their apartment and are getting it all set up, and now that it's happened, I really have mixed feelings. Missing them like crazy already and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Egads!

CQ - I know what you mean about getting sucked in when on the computer. Happens to me too. I now won't allow myself on it until my routines are done and set a time limit. That said I did find the emails from fly lady helpful when I started the program. I no longer read them every day. The routine works for me although I had to modify it slightly due to not having a traditional work schedule.
Had a great day at work. They shifted districts so we have a new district manager. He's someone I worked with in the past so I'm pretty excited. He is super tough and demanding. I know it sounds bad but but to me thats great. He drives everyone to be as successful as they can and people move forward under his leadership. Some find that frustrating and uncomfortable. Everyone else is very reserved but not me....bring it on. I'm ready for any challange they can present me withSome of my team is excited. They've been overlooked for a while and I was able to open the door for them to be considered for a couple of exciting opportunities. That's my favorite part of what I do. Go team
Did well yesterday..a no spend day!!! Today I'll spend a little most likely just tax and cost of fillers. My coupons arrived from the clipping service so I'm picking up some more skintimate, irish spring, and a mop head while they are on sale at wags. I'm trying to hold out until monday for grocery shopping. Then I can decide if I need to make adjustments to the list after I see next weeks previews.
Need to clear out some of the stock pile so I have some lemon bars in the oven. With all the overcast skys DH will enjoy a cheerful looking treat. I'll need to hide some of them or the batch will be gone before I get home tonight LOL. Next project is to get my coupons ready for tomorrow. Hoping the $4mm vitamin deal works out. I might test it at a 24 hr wags on the way home.

Good morning all! The great stockpile purge is underway. If it isnt something my son likes, or which we can eat on the Mayo Clinic diet (I am putting both the DH and myself on it.. him to lower his triglycerides and weight and me to loose weight) or something for emergency supplies, then it is going away! I have so much frosting and cake mix on my table its not even funny LOL. Oh well, my friend will be very happy to be the recipient of all these goodies, and the other products I need to remove from the house =D
So my gymn workout stuff is back on track now that my muscles are no longer in agony from my overzealous freebie workout. I went again yesterday and feel a bit sore today but nothing big. I am looking forward to going today again, once the chores are mostly done =D I went to costco yesterday and stocked up like crazy on all sorts of fresh fruit and veggies. NOM NOM NOM! I cannot believe how stuffed my fridge is! I am probably going to have to freeze some produce so it doesnt go bad LOL. I love my new food vac system, it makes freezing stuff so easy!
I drove to my Aunt's today and picked up a 100 year old cabinet my mom used to have in our house when I was little. Its going with me to Hawaii. I also picked up an antique dresser there. Then this afternoon we are going to find a couch and loveseat set. 9 days until we see Matt.

Bought a grey sofa and loveseat. Never had grey before but theyre beautiful. Almost a slate color. Goes well with blue. Picking them up Thursday evening.

CQ that's greatI've been drooling over the 'Yvette' couch set at Ashley's. I think they call the color steel. I'm afraid to go in though and see the price. I think I may get sticker shock.
I'm 34, my husband & I have had our own place since I was 20 and I've never picked out one couch that's been in my house. Not one! They have all been hand me downs. We did get one new one that my husband picked out all by himself. He really thought he was doing a good job so I tried to act excited when he brought it home![]()
