Looking to replace my Rival Seal A Meal unit with a better food saver. Mainly wanting to use the device for freezing meats and other foods. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!

I'm in need of one as well for some frozen foods but mostly for dry food for long term storage. My dream machine is a Weston Pro 2300. It's expensive though (the con). The pros are I think it will last longer than the more readliy available ones. The other positive is the amount of air it removes and that you do not need to wait for it to cool down each time you seal before you seal another bag. That's helpful if you you will be sealing multiple bags of product. If you find another brand that works well for you please lmk.

I've narrowed my choices to the FoodSaver V3880 or the VacMaster Pro 130. Both are similar in price and after reading reviews and watching online videos of each system operate, I can't really decide. The Foodsaver V3880 has a Master Chef Kit that includes extra bags, hose and canisters. That's how I'm leaning now.
