Have you tried using a scoop of Tang Orange drink in your dishwasher? I've heard that it cleans your dishwasher really well.

Finish, Tide Stain Release (better than anything I used before), Purex Complete 3 in 1's for large things that go to the laundromat or vacations (so convenient), Schick Razers, Blue Diamond and Emerald Almonds, Turkey Hill Ice Cream (not enough q's but love it when there is and its on sale), Uncle Bens Flavored Rice, Kraft Indulgence (with strawberries). I won't go into the body washes; we each have our favorites.

KatieSoCal--Call a local warehouse that gives away food; they will have a refrigerator and freezer for the Kraft First Takes. I checked it out in case I found a real good deal on something we didn't use.

I don't have tang, but I read that lemon koolaid powder works on it too.. and I have some of those around here somewhere =D Totally forgot about that until you mentioned tang!

I would imagine that would work too. It's the citric acid that cleans it. Let me know how it worked.

If citric acid works, wouldn't vinegar work too? It would be cheap too.

It might... I've never tried it or heard of it. I do not have a dishwasher at home so I can't try it either. Calling all dishwasher owners, would you please try it and report back??? LOL! Pure curiosity now...

I tried the lemon koolaid and it worked pretty good! In an empty dishwasher, put 1 packet of LEMON koolaid in the dispenser. Run on normal setting but do NOT do a dry cycle! It looks brand new again =D
