Default Endless possibilities for treats from my stash!

It took several month, but I now have everything I need to make snack mix for my DD. She wasn't sure what I had planned, just that the chex, teddy grahms and such were off limits! Now that soccer season has started, she puts in some long days and actually packs 2 meals or extra snacks to keep her energy up. So we went to the stash and I started asking her, chocolate or plain, then pulled a box of chex, next chocolate or honey grahm, and pulled a box of teddy grahms, then plain or honey roasted, and pulled peanuts. We gathered everything, poured a little chex, teddies, and nuts, then thought choc chips and mashmellows! We have snack mix!! Woohoo!

Next time I'm thinking honey nut cherios, rice chex, honey roasted peanut and raisens! I hve so many choices! I love it!

I also got the idea to make coco rice krispie treats with the coco krispies I got a deal on this morning! Yum!

I make krispie treats with cocoa or fruity pebbles. I usually do 1/2 of the flavored and 1/2 plain krispie cereal--otherwise we've found it to be a tad too sweet for our tastes. I've mixed mini chocolate chips in too. Plus I buy the flavored marshmallows--you could buy choc mint marshmallows & use cocoa krispie cereal for a decadent krispie treat!
