Hi to all of my mentors!! My name is Lisa, I am 35 and am married to a wonderful man who is 38. We live in Louisiana and were married less than a year that we officially met. Ya see my sisters husbands mom is married to my husbands brother so we were around eachother for years, just nothing ever came about until one Christmas Eve. We have 3 beautiful children, dd 17, dd 11, ds 11months. Yes they are spread apart, (one driving and one in diapers) I just wouldn't get pregnant. After the second one and years of trying I just accepted that I would only be blessed with 2. Then 10 years later finally I was pregnant with my boy!! At 29 weeks on Dec. 3rd, he was born at 2lbs 1oz. He stayed in the nicu for 90 days. He is doing great and has made my life complete!! But anyway I am now a sahm, until Hurricane Katrina we were vendors in Six Flags, which we totally miss! I am trying to contribute by saving money so I can stay home. I had the best time at CVS on Friday that I converted my sister and mom, we are all still in disbelief!! Thanks for your post, they really help!!!

Smile I'm A Little Late on the Intro

Hello everyone,
I'm 21 from Fort Mill, SC. I've been married to my husband, Danny (24), for a year and a half. We've been together for 5 years total. (Yes, I know, I was young...married my HS sweetheart.) We don't have any children yet, but foresee them in the next few years.

However, my mom who is 49 and looks like she's in her 30s, has a 4 year old, so I have plenty of "kid time".

Default Couponing Grandma in Arizona

I am a 52 year old woman who has been married for almost 19 years (2nd marriage on St. Patricks Day). We have between the two of us 6 children (his, hers and ours) and we have been often called "The Brady Bunch" but we just could never afford Alice. We have 3 daughters (mine 30, twins 27), sons (his 22 and 21) and ours (son 17 almost 18). I also have 4 grandsons (grandmothering is the best job in the world).

I moved from state of Washington 2 years ago to begin our lives over in the state of Arizona. I lived my entire life prior in the same 30 mile radius and moving 1700 miles has been the best and worst thing that I have ever done in my life. For myhusband this move was the best thing for he is actually going home by moving to Arizona. He is originally from Phoenix, Arizona.

I just recently went back to school online to pursue my dream of being a social worker. I work full time with behavorially challenged teenagers as a teachers aid. This job is very rewarding but also draining emmotionally. I know that the trivial things that I worry about are nothing compared to what the kids in my class have faced and endured in their lives.

Travelling, baking, reading mystery/love novels and working on my genealogy are just a few of my passions.

I have been actively couponing for over 20 years and couponing is my true calling in life. I teach and preach couponing wherever I go and whomever will listen to me. I love being in Arizona for the sheer pleasure that 3 stores in my city double coupons everyday.

Default Hello

My name is Colleen. I am 23 years old. I live in Michigan, across the street from the Detroit Zoo with my boyfriend (26) and 3 children( Mine and His) Adena is 4 1/2, Allison is 3 1/2 and Autumn is 2. There are days when I want to pull out my hair. I just started couponing when we decided to send me back to school. My boyfriend is a computer nerd and I am a full time student studying for my master's as a neonatal intensive care unit pediatric nurse (whew. say that 3 times) and I have now become what my boyfriend calls "cheap" I won't buy it unless its on sale AND I have a coupon.

Default Hi

I'm another Florida girl, fourth generation actually which people make fun of me for but I think it's cool. So my kids don't know snow and neither do I. I am 32 and I have a 15 year old stepson, 12 year old son, 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter.

Found Couponmom just a couple of months ago and am hooked. I also like to scrapbook (when I can find time, ha) and go to Disney World.

It's been great reading all of your introductions, so I guess I will introduce myself as well.
I'm Bethany from the North Georgia Mountains. I'm 33 Married 17 years (yep married way to young) to my DH. We have 4 kids. Daughter 16, and 3 sons, 14,13, and 7. My husbands 85 year old father lives with us also. We have always needed to save money so I've always done coupons, but I have learned tons of ideas and tricks from all of you and really appreciate it. I had visited coupon mom before, but never found the forum. I didn't watch Oprah, but my mom called me and just insisted that I come to this site. I finally gave in and boy am I thankful. Any way it is nice to meet you all and I look forward to learning many more things from all of you.

NW Georgia girl here. Well, maybe not exactly a girl. I'm in my VERY late 40s (as in, so late in my 40s I will turn 50 tomorrow, no kidding ). My DH is a sweetheart. He has 2 grown daughters and I have a grown stepdaughter by my late husband. We have 4 grandkids between us. I work from home and I take classes from our state university from home as well. Praise be for the Internet. Soon I will be going to campus, but that's grand too. I am thrilled to have the opportunity.

I'm so grateful for this site, all of the helpful people here, and especially for all the great work by Stephanie. I read about her in the Atlanta paper last year and have been using this site since. She rocks!
