Hello all from Northwest Louisiana! My name is Vikki and I am new to couponing. I am looking forward to making new friends her as well as learning how to save money.

I have been couponing for about a month already. I am starting to see some savings.

Lisa my thoughts are with you, I have a daughter that was that born at 26 weeks and only weighted 1 pound 6 ounces. She is now 26 years old and is handicapped, but wouldn’t trade her for the world. She is always HAPPY.

So I just stumbled onto this thread- sorry- so rude for not introducing myself sooner!

I'm Beth, part time SAHM, part time physical therapist. 36 years old with 2 boys: 2 yrs and 7 months (and debating a third???). I've been married 6 years to a wonderfully geeky IT guy (grew up geeky with a computer programmer dad). I currently live on the border of Los Angeles and Orange County, CA- currently b/c I too move a lot- between DH and I more than 20 times in the past 20 years- my favs: Oregon and Minnesota, his favs: Southern CA and south Africa- he hates the snow, I hate the heat- bad combo. I just convinced him to move to OR when the economy tanks- guess we're stuck down here for awhile. *sigh* Hobbies include cooking, quilting, hiking and scuba diving- alake come on down and I'll hook you up (though southern CA diving is more an experience than what I would call beautiful- diving with sea lions can be fun

)

OK, I'm stopping now- what is it about us so cal girls that make us run on so?

Hello All,
My name is Janie, 28, from SW Louisiana and been married 6 years to a great guy I love to spoil rotten. No kids yet. I've been couponing for a few years and I'm always looking for a way to save money(which my husband is eternally grateful for)

Don't have any pets that I 'claim', but I'm forever feeding stray dogs and letting them sleep on my back porch. Oh, and my neighbors donkey, LOL. He knows when I get home I'll feed him carrots and apples, so he hangs his head over the fence and patiently waits on me.

Hobbies: Cooking, fishing, reading. I'm also a strong supporter of our military and very active on the AnySoldier.com website. Couponing has helped me send even more hygiene, food and other items our guys/gals stationed in remote areas need.

To all the other wonderful members, thanks for all the great tips.

Hello everyone,
I don't think I ever indtroduced myself when I signed up, I just jumped in and started posting and even trading. Anyway as some of you know I am from Lakeland, Fl, I am married have 2 children, and one dog. My oldest is leaving for Marine boot camp in Parris Island, SC on August 24 right when my youngest and only daughter starts middle school. My dog is a pretty little brown and white Cocker Spaniel, I am also on a Cocker Spaniel forum with some great ppl that help out rescuing these poor lost souls. So if you ever need a hook up for a loving cocker spaniel let me know.

I love it here, everyone is so nice. I don't think I have even seen any negative posts by anyone on here. Seems like we all have the same goal and like to help each other out.

LITSA, I know what you went through. I am the proud Mom of a Preemie baby girl too, 2 pounds, 9 oz and 15" long, who is now 6!!!

I live in Florida and have been using coupons not stop for almost 2 years and love bargains too. My daughter love it too and gets very excited at Publix where she can see the screen and read how much money we saved, LOL!!

I am so happy to be here!
