Glade tin rants
So I went to Wal-mart to take advantage of the Glade tin offer only to find that someone had gone through and taken out almost all of the $1.50 coupons. Who would do that, really!?! They didn't even put the lids back on that well. Why, I ask..Why?
No excuse for that in my book!! It's stealing plain and simple!!!

Pretty common, unfortunately. I have made it a habit to check for the coupons if I am buying those. Even found some of the holiday glass candle holders at target had the coupons taken out. Thieves couldn't even do it neatly, lids not even replaced on the tins, and they ripped some of the packaging on the glass holders to get those coupons. Too bad.

I found bits of paper strewn on the display where coupons were ripped off in my Target. Fine if they were buying them, but why leave a mess??

have heard that some have them for sale on e-bay, so there's one explanation, and I agree, cant find any with coupons at either wal-mart or target nor at dillons, to steal them from the products that we pay for and then to sell them?????? Come on now.....

I have only been able to find the Q's in the tins at Taget. Walmart & Publix here have never had them in there. It's very wrong for ppl to take these Q's if they are not buying. Maybe we should complain to Glade that they need to do a better job at securing and concealing these Q's. I even seen some refill packages that had been opened for the buy 2 get 1 FREE Q's that were in them.

I was going to say, why would you steal them and not use them for this fab deal? But the ebay thing makes sense. Some people.

I agree so that some people are stealing the coupons, but at least for the Glade candle tins, sometimes people open the candle to smell it and the coupon falls out. I have found several on the shelf or floor beside the candles.

It's bad enough when they're taking them w/o buying them but to put your kids up to taking them!!!!! I think it's really sad to stoop that low!

I really love my Target.
I noticed that all the tins had the lids askew on them, so I opened a couple up to see if that was why, and sure enough, no coupon.
So, what was a good couponmom to do? I stood there and straightened everyone of those tin lids up so that us couponers reputations don't get soooo tarnished.
I told DH this, and he told me that since I did that, everyone probably thinks I'm the one who took the coupons. I only purchased the ones that had coupons in them, so of course, I probably did look like the culprit!
