Hello ladies...Kimmie is on a mission...Trying to find great deals with a couple of our stores here so I will be looking in the database. A friend of mine is having some financial troubles and has 2 kids. So I am putting together a care package for them also getting some things for them at the store so I am trying to find the best deals. SO that is what I am up too this weekend...

Hope everyone has a great weekend..

I know isn't it GREAT?! I despise heat. It was 81 in my house yesterday but still felt great to have a breeze blowing through. The windows are open now too. DH took the car this morning to go workout with his Navy DEP crew, there is a huge community yard sale in this nice housing tract and I'm missing it!!! AHHH! Oh well. He will be fixing my car as soon as he gets home, should be a loose wire. I hope its not the alternator, but if it is he'll put one in today.

ALSO we have to go borrow a lawnmower from a neighbor, I think the landlord forgot we live here, the grass is despicable! (sp?) Hasn't been mowed for probably 2 months (ya know that's included in the rent) oh well. I'd do it myself but being 9 months pregnant I can hardly go for a walk to the mailroom without getting exhausted. Just glad to have a cool breeze, and almost done being prego! watched some water birth videos on you-tube last night, its empowering me. I'm assuming misaver and kouponkelley had their babies, they were both due this past week. Congrats to them.

Update on car: it needs a new starter. That'll have to wait cuz we are broke. Oh well. At least our other car is running good. That just means I am stuck home while he's at work. Also made it to the yard sale and snagged an exersaucer for $10. It is really nice and clean too. Had one for DS it was $60 new. Also the wind ripped the screen door latch off so now it just flaps in the wind. Another to-do for poor DH.

Well I checked in this morning before I left. MOPS had a yard sale so I wanted to help out. Found more books than anything for my young one and big Lego type blocks to stack.

Was a bit disappointed when they decided some of the Christmas stuff I donated was junk and just trashed it at the end. I guess they would have had to see how pretty it was on my tree or the original prices for some of this stuff. Probably should have just donated it to Goodwill myself.

Waiting on the place through the church to call me back to come get some bigger stuff or I will just call Goodwill to come get it. Both are tax deductible and hubby just wants it gone.

So much to get done just need to find the right time or manage my time better to get it handled.

My brother's new baby came home on Tuesday after barely being born. I just love how they push you in and out of a hospital unless you have major complications.

My mom is having more issues now from her surgery than she did the first few days after it. The doctor keeps telling her wait and see, but when I hear her in more pain than ever I think he needs to be doing something other than telling her to take more pills. I've seen way too many doctors just get older people hooked on needing pain pills when that's not really the best help.

I know what you mean after being rushed out of the hospital. I had my last child at 3:46 am and was told I was being released at 10 Am the same day. Luckily this was my 4th child and I knew what I was doing and really didn't mind going on home, but if this had been someones first baby, I can imagine the horror. It's just crazy.

Well the only reason that I didn't stay is because if I had of I would have been transferred to a "sick" floor with my baby, and I felt the baby would be safer at home.

good call home is much better that a "sick" floor no tell what kind of things that you and your new baby would have come in contact with I'm sorry that you had that experience but I'm glad that all turned out well..
