new to this....a little discouraged but not giving up!!
Hi so i printed like 20 pages of coupons off couponmom.com i live in northern Alabama...went to the local family dollar and piggly wiggly..bad idea they wouldnt let me use computer generated coupons...so...i suppose only big chain places take them...??? and anyone from around here have any suggestions on newspapers i should suscribe to for coupon deals?? thank u

I am not in your area, but usually the highest circulated paper has the best coupons. If you aren't sure, I would just buy a few different papers and compare coupons. I don't subscribe to the paper, I just buy what I want each week.
As far as IP's, I know Walmart usually takes them. At least I haven't had any troubles recently. HTH. Welcome to the boards! Kristine

i definitely told them to void the items and i plan on taking my business else where....i was excited to use them!!! lol and it ticked me off when she said that...thank u so much for taking the time to help me figure this stuff out! its greatly appreciated

The best thing I can think of...is to ask customer service if they accept IP coupons before you start shopping. All the stores I shop at take IP coupons except for Dollar General. They take manufacturer coupons, but not the IP coupons...but this could vary in your area. Don't give up, it gets easier once you figure out what the coupon policies are at your stores. I know here in TX ,my wal-mart takes ips.As far as a papers start with the big one and see.As you get your coupons going, you can also trade with others on this site.Just let us know what you need.And try and find a store that double and triples.Do you have a Kroger close by?What about a cvs?Great place to get shampoo,razors,etc...and get extra cash bucks back to use on your next trip.

Do you have a Kmart? They take IP coupons.... and occassionally they have days when they double them.
My Walmart and Super One store have also taken my IP coupons.
