helloall my q friends..........don't know why its taken me until today to post in java.....For those of you that know I am in section 8 housing, I had a home visit from my social worker at VA yesterday. It was my first one and I was very nervous (I don't know why) She is great though....really helpful. I have one cat in my lap and the other in the window.....nothing exciting going on....just the way I like it. Having $ problems (or lack of it) like everyone else...where are all the jobs the president promised? Not here, its "season" soon and no one is hiring. Well I hope everyone has a great day. LOL now you're cracking me up. Movers called this morning so everything is running like clockwork. They asked if I would be over there to help unload. Shoot No! That's what my dad paid for. I can't go over till Lil'D is off to school in another 20 min. I'm hoping they will be long gone by then. Told Dad I would help him fine tune furniture placement but other than that he is going to have very definite opinions of where he wants things and will want to do it himself. Oh and apparently I was a big cry baby when I was little.

Going to make a run to Target to check on the candles and a few odds and ends. Hoping to start another garden or at least mark it out on the ground. Might be too chilly to stay out.

Yesterday I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years. It was a very amicable break-up. He didn't do anything terrible: we just want different things (I want to be married some day, and he doesn't). I am happy we will stay friends, and I can move forward.

Not much else going on here, studying and looking for a job. Hi to Kimmie, mnmz, LITSA, Marge, Julie quack quack, nurse, C, and anyone I missed.

Morning ~

what a day yesterday. I go to work and about 11:15 take off to bring DH to work. My tire is reading 11 PSI so put air in it to bring it to 34... get back to work and 3 hours later it's back down to 21. Put more air and an hour and a half later it's back down to 29. Lost 5 PSI in an hour and a half... Great! haven't gotten a check in a while and DH is working so I have no cash... So, my best friend offers to lend me $20 so I can have it patched. Good Lord, I'm paying so much off that I'm leaving myself completely broke. DH has all the cash right now and I'm not liking it. At least it's fixed right now. Back to work today, then a couple of days off...

HELLO ALL..I MISSED A DAY Had a busy day yesterday. Had a ATV meeting last night and I told the President of the Club that I would like to be Secretary of the club. He told me that he would discuss it at the meeting. So the first thing on the agenda was him telling me to stand up and introduce myself and told them I was the Interim of the club for secretary and in Feb I will be voted in. This weekend We have a snow mobile and atv expo. So I will be there Friday night and Saturday morning and Sunday morning. I am so excited for this position. It is a job to me even though I don't get cash for pay I get the pleasure/payment of riding the trails and trying to get more trails open in the state.

Hi everyone,
Not much has happened in the last couple of days.Did take mom to cvs and wm yesterday and picked up some food for my sister.Yoday another big rain storm is moving in and suppose to drop alot more rain!!I still have water from two days ago! O...was coming home last night and I was nearly home and had to make a quick stop....in front of me a tree had fallen on the road and blocked it.So I called dh and asked him if he could get the tractor and push it out of the way.I told him he was my hero!!LOL

Nerdy- sorry about the break up, but from experience that is sometimes for the best.
Called my best friend yesterday & he called me pathetic then started laughing. I know some may not see the humor in it & think he's a jerk, but he is 1 of the few that could say it & make me actually feel better. He said, "I made you laugh & smile didn't I?" That it did plus I busted out laughing at that! It's funny how some friends can be brutally honest with you & make you feel better, but if someone else were to say it you'd want to strangle them! Got to love those dear, close friends!

A nice day at home today. Have to get finances in order and on the spreadsheets. This will take awhile. But I will have a few hours while LilD is at school.

Broke down and made pumpkin pie last night. Yum-my! Think I need to refule before I start working on the bank books.
