Oh I'm not happy to hear that.....but thank goodness it wasn't the steak that got burnt!!! stuffed green pepper hmmm I've not had those in years....dd won't eat it and dh isn't fond of it...so what time is dinner??

pretty much what I did....actually the meat didn't scorch it was the extra flour I'd been too much in a hurry to shake off.....

one other tip I just read earlier yesterday (guess I wanted to test it) is to take a used dryer sheet and put it in the pan, fill with water and let sit.... I am happy to report that this method works!!
