Hi everyone!
Told my #1 dd that she could her favorite razors free at cvs and told me to teach her how.....I was thrilled!! She uses q's but has not mastered cvs yet.So today took her and bought the razor, lotion, and crest toothpaste, some tide, etc. She was so happy that tomorrow she will use her 17 in ebc to finish the $25 p&g deal and not only pay nothing but get ten ebc back.Should of seen her face!!She did ask why there is a limit of one on the shampoo. She says you alway buy conditioner with shampoo. It ought to be limit two! We had a great bonding time!!!Have her all set for next week also.
Well just wanted to check in...going to bed now.Talk to ya'll tomorrow!

Morning ~

Welcome to Java Chelsea and AuntCap, this thread is a favorite for many of us... we chit-chat about the true meaning of life and all that life brings... JK! this is how we keep up with each other... it is a favorite of mine.

I guestimated very closely. I collapsed into bed at 9:15. DD commented that it was waaaaay past my bedtime, and that prompted my behind to get up and go to bed.

Went CVSing yesterday morning and picked up some spiral notebooks for $.25 clearance price... picked up 4 Tide, a Dawn, 6 Reese bars, and 2 pkg of $.99 CVS nut packages that the CSO gave me a $2/2 Q for... all for $5.06 OOP. I also picked up the Sheer Infusion at CVS, and I'll be hitting Wags for more. Gotta start stocking my gift baskets. I told my sister she'll want to get my gift exchange at Christmas. We have a $10.00 limit, can you imagine what I can put in the basket for $10.00????? Yes, I know that you can. But I can't wait to see her eyeballs. She's not a believer yet.

Oh, and a big hi to my niece Jen if you do decide to come here...

Morning to everyone! Great to see some new members of our group. I'm surviving my DD being gone and she is texting/e-mailing me every day She can't believe the difference in the temps from the valley/coast/mountains. Saw her "college to be" yesterday and was impressed. She will be home Saturday evening, gone for four days in Nov., and gone for the long run in Jan. She did get herself a Ralph's loyalty card already..guess I taught her something!
On the subject of family living close-my MIL lives w/us in her own apartment and I love it. Now if it was my Mom, no way. My sis, prob not. Guess it depends on how many come in the family package as to whether it would work out well.
Got bazillions of coupons to clip if I would just sit my behind down somewhere else but this computer chair and start clipping away, lol.

Well, late morning everyone. I'm still sick . I don't play the part of a sick person very well. I guess I will have time to file my q's. No excuse now. Lil'D is getting one of her teeth taken care of. DH says they had to give her demerol and now they are trying to gas her. That's great. She will have emotional scarring when she gets home. Sigh.

My dad is moving here to the same town which is fine. He is more the reclusive type. Won't bother us. But wouldn't want any of DH's family living too near.

I saw the part about Claudia needing to name one of her ducks Julie. Ha ha! She'll probably pick the neurotic one to be me.
