Bethany I agree with you on Freecycle. I belong to the group for where I am at and I have gotten dishes from someone. Also a lady who takes care of Vets in Transition was looking for household things for the Veterns so I called her and gave her a bunch of stuff.

It sounds like it was a good weekend for everyone.Mine started off friday with #1 dd going bridezilla on us!lol She told her daddy that he was letting other things get in the way and we only have a week to get the house and yard in shape for the wedding and since #3 dd(the one getting married)was not saying much that she was.It was funny and true all at the same time! She gave us all a list what had to be done that day and the next few days!We've painted the outside,trimmed trees,bought decorations,fixed one arbor and built another,and I can't remember what else!Today I'm running to cvs and then come home and make the table runners for all the tables.We are decorating the trees with christmas ordnaments and that way she is set for christmas too.

Hello all, not much new to report, everyone happy and healthy for now. Julieduck, love the makeover, is that LiL D's hair I see in the 2nd pic? How is she doing in preschool? Does she like it? Glad to hear sweet lips is doing good, its been hot HOT here lately, TG for A/C....scored on the Starbucks Ice cream yesterday at wags, 5/15, 5/2$ q's =5$ which I paid for with the RR from Rembrandt toothpaste from last week..........son has already his 2 of them, he likes digging for the caramel streak ..(so do I)....so take care everyone, TTYL

Hey Everyone! I was working on all the house stuff before everyone left for the day so I could sit around in the peace and quiet instead of working in it.

Yes, mnm'z that was the same cross stitch that I took a pic of awhile back. Still working on the third one.

Claudia, yes that was Lil'D's head in the bottom of the pic. I had tried to finish before she got home but didn't finish getting all the pics. She is enjoying preschool. She runs out of the house and down the driveway when she sees the bus coming. When she gets home she doesn't really remember what she's done all day except 'play.' Some days she doesn't want to go but hasn't thrown a temper tantrum. I think she thought it was over after the first week. Try 13 more years kid!

Well, you gals have a good day. If I get too bored I'll have to resort to dusting But I will do my best to make sure that doesn't happen!

Hello all. Well FINALLY PUT UP THE BOARDER in my bathroom. Hubby said I did an excellent job and it was my first time ever doing it and having to messure and put it up myself. Sweet Lips is doing good again today. NO seizures for a few days now. Yesterday she started napping when I called. After I hung up the guy came in that reads to them on Monday's and SHe TALKED up a storm THe nurse goes I have NEVER seen her so talkitive and active. That's my girl

Julie gotta love little ones. Mine cant wait til next year when she gradutates but she does love school this year cause she is taking cosmetology and is loving it. Expensive is all but well worth it..Especially where she wants to do something with her life.

Boo it's morning. No one slept well here. Thundering and raining all night. When Lil'D goes to school I will probably go take a nap. No real plans today. Might clean out Lil'D's room or play room. Or might do nothing. Glad we're finally getting some rain.

Hello all, Julie yeah I had to measure the walls by myself. You know what it is like measuring like 6-7 feet by yourself and then to cut and wet the paper and hang it. LOL When I get my bathroom all done which it is almost.

Sweet Lips is doing well. Vicki loves her cosmetology class. Spent the day home with hubby. He has a bad infection in his leg. Cleaned the house today.

Kim I did a border ONCE and will never do it again it was fun at first but it is hard work and tiring holding your hands up to get it just right. way to go! snaps for you for finishing your project
went back to bed this am once DD was off to school woke up at 12:30 to the rain and needless to say my day was shot did a few things around the house and then went to the post office and groc store for milk got a good deal on milk it was only 1.99/gal but will expire on sept 11th but it won't get a chance to expire at my house lol
well hope everyone else has a good evening kinda quiet in the coffee shop really miss all the chatter but busy people have busy lives. Later ya'll Lisa

Where did ya'll go? Busy, I suppose....

FANTASTIC NEWS~ DH has 2 (count them 2) job interviews with 2 different companies... OH MY GOSH, I'M SO EXCITED..... The first one is with a company in Middleville (1/2 to 3/4 of an hour drive) and the interview will be today or tomorrow and they have testing for all applicants and the testing is Monday. The second job interview is for Friday, with a company about 5 - 10 minutes away. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, keep my DH (and me ) in your prayers... I just can't tell you what this would do for us...

I'd like to get in on a rainy day soon... we haven't had too many of them lately and certainly not too many good thunderstorms. Not that I'm complaining, but it just didn't feel like summer here. It was not very hot, and not many storms.

Wallpapering is tricky isn't it? good job Kimmie...

I'll be in and out most of the morning.
