Morning all coffee's on..Saw that no one started a new pot so I made a nice new fresh pot. How is everyone doing? I slept pretty well last night. Of course being up early yesterday and then wheeling all day I was beat.

Morning all. I've been up for awhile surfing the net and reading the forums. Got up way too early from crazy dreams. I'm trying to kick this smoking habit and have slept with the patch on. Can you say strange dreams. The last 2 nights I have dreamt about high school friends and crazy things we did back then. Only bad part is it makes me miss them that much more. Those are some of the greatest people in my life. Man those were good days.

Hope everyone has a great week. Not a whole lot of great sales here, but I'll pick up a few things.

Boy did I sleep I slept until 2 pm yesterday then went back to be at 5pm and slept until 8:10 pm got up and was put on call last night for work went back to sleep at 11pm and got up at 0830 I feel hung over from sleeping so much

Have you tried something to help you sleep? I really liked Ambien. As a respiratory therapist all I can say about you quitting smoking is you're killing my job security! Just kidding. I'm very happy that you are quitting. There are some sites that will also calculate how much money you're saving and how many years you're adding to your life.

Thanks for opening Kim. You sure do get up early. I guess 4 wheeling does that to you. I will have to remember not to take that up.

Nursey I was a bit confused with 2 nurses posting back to back. "I got up early" "boy did I sleep" But now I have it figured out. Have fun at the game.

good morning, My back hurts for some reason...ouch. musta slept wrong. hafta go get the paper, went to cvs last night and got a raincheck for the soy joys and 4 cans of albacore tuna at .77 each (good price here), I thought the milk was 2.79 get 3.00 but it was buy the cakesters too...like wags last weeks without the milk....I returned it. My cashier is pg with a baby girl she going to name Gabrielle....how sweet. hope you all have a peaceful day. claudia

Morning all (or should I say afternoon) Went to a Martini Cocktail party yesterday and boy it was good, thanks to here I got some neat recipes for appetizers to bring with me and of course they were all a hit. Went and got the papers already but of course the ones I bought didn't have RP in them. Boston Globe is charging $4 a paper these days. I picked up 2 local papers and both of them cost $4 total. Guess I'll just have to watch the Q list to see if its actually worth it. Not much going on today, might go to WAGS if I can get motivated. The DD broke my reading glasses, luckily I can just wear the magivision ones and they are on sale BOGO and I have RR's I need to spend. Have a good day

Morningish all...

Still feel drained from the llllooonnnngggest kid's birthday party I've ever been too. It went from 3pm tp 9pm & it was for a 1 & 3 yr old. Kids everywhere. Constantly doing head counts. I was so happy to get out of there.

Not much to do today. Have a freecycle pickup & maybe a run to Meijer.

My sitting on the commode-itis is gone,lol, but I'm still weak and VERY heat sensitive right now. I could barely get my shopping done at 10 am this morning. My cousin is a nurse and she said it's probably residual from the bug, not much food and loss of electrolytes, plus it is DANG hot here: it was 85 degrees with 60% humidity even at 10 am! And I just read that a heat advisory is in effect, with heat indexes of 105 to 110 degrees. Symptoms of heat related illness include unusual fatigue. Hmm. That might explain it...

Lisa Nurse: glad you're giving up cigs. Hope you have a great day at the game. I got some gatorade, btw.

I am experimenting making a meatloaf with the Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Can't remember reading if anyone else tried it. Seems like it would taste o.k. (nervous laughter). Let you know how it came out.
