Ok I've been stranded at the house all day. DH took the car to work and had the key to the other car with him. We have a truck so I wasn't truly stranded but it's really hard to drive. So now I have been able to do a lot. Did banking and bills, renewed my license, ordered continuing education, bought DH a sportscoat and pants on clearance at Target for $54 for both, did dishes, vacuumed, cleaned up, found ants trying to run off with a bottle of honey, got an envelope mailed out for the q train. Going to go take a bath and make some quick enchiladas for dinner. Yumm!

Claudia, you're a brave, strong woman. I know it's probably impossible to relax. Your therapist is right, you have nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, the more vocal you are the less stressed you'll be, and the more help you will get. Start talking to every agency, church, organization you can get ahold of. Don't sit still and be quiet or your worst fears will come true. By being proactive then you will know you've done everything possible. Try to come up with a plan in case the worst does happen. Cry. Remember that things won't stay like this, just ask Kim about her little sweetlips. Pray to God for what you need..example: a roof over your head, food. Don't spend time blaming. Use your energy to move forward and work positively. I really hope this helps.

Claudia, never TMI for those of us that will include you in our prayers. And everybody hits breaking points. And your thearapist is right, you have nothing to be ashamed of.

Julie's advice is on the mark. Be proactive as best you can.

Group hug for her everybody.

Claudia in the middle, and here we go.....{{{{{{{Claudia}}}}}}}}

thank all of you for your support, I can feel the hug from here. I picked up some boxes and have been getting good rest and eating well (we pawned the other gun) Albertsons has B1G2 sirlion steaks so I asked the butcher if he would cut me one for around 12.00 and a couple less than that(all the packages were huge and expensive) Bless the man he cut me fresh steaks and brought them out....6 large steaks for 12.00. yum. well once again thank you all for caring and I will keep in touch. XXOO claudia

I am doing much better, thanks, Kimmie. Just been busy on and off all day doing household stuff, getting things in order before tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I leave to spend the 4th with the boyfriend and his family, won't be back around until late Sunday afternoon.

Today I was using a knife to cut open the top of the cardboard on a 12 pack of pop because it wouldn't come open, and suddenly heard a "sssssssssssssssssssss," well how did a snake get in my apartment! No, I had poked a hole in one of the cans and had my own tiny geyser of Diet 7-Up in the fridge, that was fun!

Hope everyone else is doing ok. Claudia I am praying so hard for you, hope all our hugs make you feel a little better!
