I was off for 3 days and it took until this morning to get to the point I feel like doing much of anything. But of course I have to work tonight so won't do too much since I will have to take a nap this afternoon.
I work on a medical floor, pneumonia, chf, gi bleed, renal failure etc. you name it we get it. They're trying to turn our floor into a CVA (stroke, for those not in the medical field) certified floor. So lots of classes to take. Which I'm not enjoying. They're not giving us a choice in this matter. So we'll see what happens there if I stay on that floor or not. Just a bit of my drama.

yawn and stretch ~ morning......heard the mailman so i went out to find a cute little triangle box from vocal point with my fav kashi bar in it/blackberry graham (delish) and 1 q for a free box and 5 1.50 q's.......nice. Good afternoon, ladies! Got back from the Kalamazoo soccer tourney last evening. We were all pooped! DD's first game on Saturday was at 7:15am (had to be on the field by 6:15). I was glad we drove up Friday night and camped all weekend. They didn't play well....but we got to spend time with friends (parents of other players)...one of them being indianasaver. Glad we bought a Garmin last year. We would've never made it around K'zoo as well as we did w/out it! Picked blackraspberrys last night. I'm going to make some jam for the first time. Hopefully it's a fool proof recipe

Kids crazy today...weather is cooler...lots of housework to do. Just another day around here.

Little else to report. Did I tell you all my new freezer is fabu? If not, it is. Thing freezes like a champ, & I'm having a blast filling it.

Alright. Off to play the what's for dinner game? Hope you all had a great one.

Evening all..Had swedish meatballs and noodles for supper. Just kicking back an relaxing. Vicki is going to hang out with her friends so hubby and I will be home just watching wrestling. Talked with my dad he is doing good. Shyanne is doing great. Ask her if she was going to race Roary and she gave a nice big laugh. She talked with papa I guess she was fussy for him but that is cause she misses him. She also talked with Auntie Vicki. Her cold is almost gone. They were going to take her to the clinic but the clinic said she is ok cause there was no fever or anything. So I will call her tomorrow. I love talking with her.

Good Evening all~
Went to the movies and saw the new transformers movie it was really good and long too 2.5 hours but man was it good.. went to the groc store after the movie and got caught in a huge thunderstorm we really need the rain but man that was a bad one. In the groc parking lot lightening struck a light pole and I screamed like a girl and that scared the DD and she was crying but we made it home safe.. Hope everyone else's afternoon was good and see yall later Lisa

I was thinking about treating myself to a movie tomorrow as well. Just some nice alone time. But it will have to wait until the house work is done first.
I was put on call tonight so I slept most of the afternoon and up late tonight. But by now I'm probably not going to get called in to work. So I think I'll go to bed.

Patch is going pretty good. Tomorrow will be 1 week without a cigarette. So far haven't had any crazy dreams since Sat night. Guess my body is getting adjusted to it. Cravings aren't too bad, thank goodness for free gum..lol.
