Good for you! I always say the hardest part about exercise for me is just getting on the shoes and walking out the door! I have started to workout at a gym 3 days per week and walk 2 times. I've lost 13bs. If you don't have a scale, you could report on how your jeans are fitting!

Default Plateau

Does anyone have trouble with your weight loss hitting a plateau? I lost 9 lbs. the first month and only 4 lbs. this month, with no loss lately. I am eating really healthily and exercising a lot. Does anyone have any strategies for getting the weight loss going again?

Unfortunately, I only have certain exercises I can do bc of back problems. (I think if I stepped up the exercise I would keel over, bc this routine is hard!) I'll ask my PT if there's any way to change things up!!

Hi! I haven't been on here in forever. I am happy to see that the ones that were here on my last visit are sticking with this.

The past 2 weeks have been so hard. I am eating anything in sight it seems like and this morning I struggled to button my jeans. Now......there is a chance albeit a slight one that I could be pregnant. Along with the increased appetite I have been very moody, crying for no apparent reason.....we are waiting to test until I am officially "late" because I've had "phantom symptoms" before and we got our hopes up only to de disappointed.

Keep up the great job everyone!!

Hello ladies I am back once again!
I am up about 6 more pounds..I was doing so good! Right now I just want to eat and that is exactly what I have been doing regardless of the consequences. I have MS and in the summer I feel horrible. So I am also depressed. So to make myslef feel better I have been eating! I go to washigton to visit my mom on friday and will be there for a week. My plan is to get back to it when I get back. I dont plan on telling everyone..To much pressure. I am just going to do it on my own! It always seems as soon as I tell DH or the family. I feel severe pressure. So I am going to try it a different way this time!

I will let you know how it goes once I get started~!

Default I need to get back on track!!

I posted recently about walking with our dog and how well I was doing. Well, we literally went out of town two weeks in a row and now I'm so off track. I'm still trying to make good eating choices but that's sometimes hard eating with a group. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Just had to vent. Figured telling y'all would give me some accountability to get my butt back in gear!!

Default Count me in !!!

Goal: lose 25 lbs by Christmas.
Plan: Exercise bike, punching man (bag), pilates and NO MORE DR. Pepper !!

I need to lose about 20-25 pounds, ok ok 30 would be better LOL, but it's hard considering where I live and what we cooked here. Fried foods, gumbo, rice n, gravy, roux gravies.......hmm yummy food, but bad for your health.

Default Low carb?

Does anyone have experience with low carb dieting? i decided to try it since I've not been losing for awhile. I'm eating lean protein, veggies, and that's it, but not hungry.
