    Default KC Deals 9/9 - 9/15

Here's what I'm picking up this week:

    Hen House:
    Campbell's Soup at Hand - $1.25 - $.502x = $.25
    Betty Crocker potatoes - $1.25 - $.402x = $.45
    Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls - $1.66 - $1 IP = $.66
    Wonder bread - $.98 - $.55 = $.43 (Fri, Sat, Sun deal)
Quaker oats deal (I think this will work. I haven't tried it yet to be sure. I'll let you know)

    10 Quaker oats @ $1.48 = $14.80 - 5 $1.25/2 ($6.25) - $6.00 (in store $3.00deduction if you buy 5 quaker oats products. Doubling this up here) = $.26 each

    HyVee:

    Healthy Choice frozen meal - $1.88 - $2 IP = FREE

Your Hen House deals match mine exactly. (I didn't get quite as much oatmeal though. )

The only add is the $.99 5lb. of potatoes at Hen House.

I thought Price Chopper and Hy-Vee were a little snoozy this week...am I the only one?

The hy-vee ad around here was a disappointment....do you believe the "manufacturer's coupon" on the back for "buy 2 Hillshire Farm Deli Select Lunchmeats (8 or 9 oz.) at $2.99 each and get one FREE!!!!!!" WOW. So that's $6.00 for 3 or $2.00 each and you can't combine a "real" MQ on that? Target beat the pants off that one last week @ $1.60 (give or take a few cents, don't remember because I thought only Super Target had the lunchmeat so I didn't get any at our reg. Target) for each tub. Yeah, snoozy.

I don't know how I missed the BC potatoes, but I figured the deal was coming soon since the IP appeared. I'm still living in the moment and just printing IPs and not keeping my Q basket organized. But hey, that's what a stock pile is for, right? End of the year. Things get better then. Thank you ladies for having my back.

Oh, and on the Quaker deal...they had this about 6 months ago. I had 5 syrup Qs that were .50/2. I got 10 bottles (which we are still using, thank you very much) and it did take off the $3 twice. All I remember is they worked out to about .16c each. SCORE! I asked the clerk before she started and she said she wasn't sure, but thought she'd try it. And I remember it worked. Isn't it funny how you remember the details of your really big scores even half a year later?
