Shelf Tags with M and B coupons/Price drops

I was at my local HEB store in Austin and here are some great Shelf Tags (coupons on the shelf) I found:
Don't quote me on this, but I believe this is what one B Coupon said: Buy one Aussie Shampoo get an Aussie Styler (Free or 1.00 off?). You can combine that with the manufacturing coupon coming out in this Sunday's paper (10/30) for $1.00 off an Herbal Essence Aussie Product.

Another B coupon is a Selson Blue Shampoo coupon for 2 of their products or for a different hair care product. Wouldn't you know it? There was a manufacturing coupon on the shelf above it for $1.50 off Selson Blue Shampoo. (Uhhhh....What's going on here?)
Garnier also had a coupon. I think it was a code B.

There were many others as well.
I smell a conspiracy going on. The pet food that was once just over $4.00 is now a few cents cheaper than $4.00. My reasoning is a coupon was printing at the register for 1.50 off pet food worth $4.00 or more. They tried to make the only eligible ones much more expensive than four dollars.

I hope all goes well for you. I know last time you didn't get the register coupons that I got. I bought pet food and candy yesterday, and I didn't get any register coupons. However, I'm pleased with the ones I got. Hopefully your HEB has the same shelf tags that mine did.
