Default HEB 9/15 Stacking "M" coupons and free salad dressing

Well today at HEB I found some free Ken's 9oz. Salad dressing on clearance for $1. I used my $1/1 Kens MQ=free yay.

I realized you can stack SOME "M' coupons, the ones that you buy something and get something else for free.
You can also use a manufacturer's coupon on the first item, but not on the free item.

    Examples:

Buy a pack of Duracell batteries, get a free HEB brand Milk.
Use one .75/1 pack Duracell battery MQ.

Buy Chef Boyardee 40oz can, get Snackpack 4-pack free.
    Buy 3, use $0.35/3 MQ.

I did have some trouble with the:
Buy KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, use $0.50 SQ.
Get $2.00 off Ribs when you buy KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce.

They wouldn't take my $2.00 IP Q, said if a IP doesn't scan, they
don't take it. So I'll have to do some investigating to see if that is true
or if it wouldn't scan because of the $0.50 SQ.
    ISO list:
    Shedd's Spread Country Crock
    Folgers Coffee
    Mighty Dog food
    Loreal Excellence hair color
Nature Made vitamins codes (on the bottles). TY!

Loads of thanks for the information regarding the "M" coupons. I had been told they couldn't be stacked with any mfq., and never even thought to try it for myself. Anyways, I can count this as something "new" learned today, and it will save me tons in the future.

I think reading from another site that you should always use your MQ's first then the SQ or their MQ when buying something and getting something free.

I had never tried it before nor read anything about it, just thought I would give it a try while I was in the store. And take the consequences lol

I have found they don't LIKE to take the IP's, so they try to make them NOT scan. If you watch the way they hold the IP, they don't hold it the same way they do the other Q's. I have been very insistent in the past about making them hold it a different way and rescanning. Usually, they hold their hand over the wrong barcode! Sometimes they really won't scan, but they will still scan at other stores, which makes me think they have keyed their system to not accept those IP's. I really don't shop there much anymore, but I will check it out to see if they have Ken's Dressing on clearance at our stores! That would be a nice trip!! Thanks for the info!
