Issues with Combo Loco Deals?

I just got back from the dreaded HEB trip and looked over my receipt. I actually did one of the "combo loco" meal deals (because I needed most of the "free" items anyway). I gave the cashier 18 q's, but only have 13 on my receipt, after looking in more detail it is the "FREE" items from the meal deal that did not come up - about $8 difference. I usually try to look at my receipt before I leave the store, but I was running late and had a cranky 2 yr old with me. Has anyone gone back to HEB after the fact to has something like this corrected? How can I prove that I gave the cashier the q's? I am positive I had the correct meal deal items because I got them off of the end cap where they were advertised.

I did have a similar issue to this with the Tyson chicken deal. I bought the chicken and got two things free, but only one coupon was scanned. I took my receipt to the customer service desk and explained what happened. No questions asked they refunded my money. I also had used a lot of coupons that day, so it would be hard to match everything up. Let us know how it turns out, but I don't think you will have any problems since it is their coupons causing the issue.

I actually had the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I didn't notice til I got home. I emailed, but never got a response. I would go back in the store.
