I had a Q for RA today and they had a mascara with a lash curler for 50%. I gave her my RA Q that said 1.50 off any Revlon mascara. It did not mention ANY stipulations. They would not take the Q. Is this right?

What was the reason given? Couple weeks back I bought the Gillette Fusion gift set and used the $4 off Fusion coupon.

They didn't give one, they just said I couldn't use it, so I assumed it was because it was a gift set. I guess I should've been more aggressive but they are usually very good to me.
I'll try to pay for at the pharmacy tomorrow and see if that will fly.
I myself, have noticed the same thing in other stores. While although the coupon stipulates 'any', there are store(s) who are electing to say 'no'. This is only my opinion and observation, but I was wondering while although manufacturers pay merchants to accept their coupons, still, I think this is one of the fall outs of a difficult economy and desperate retailers.![]()
