Unable to Print Coupons

I am having a hard time printing the internet coupons from Smartsource (Eversave and Coolsavings). I am getting a message to check my default printer. I have gone to troubleshooting and it tells me to check my firewall. My firewall is off. Anyone having the same problem? Any suggestions?

Try reinstalling the print drivers (the disk that came with the printer) something may have corrupted your print drivers.

I have a similar problem but it tells me that the problem is my print spooler. DH showed me how to print to a file and then I'm able to print it out from there. It's only at Coolsavings, and Eversave...everywhere else is fine...

Are you using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Foxfire? I have had problems because I use Foxfire and had to switch to explorer. Just a thought.

I've had the same problem Coolsavings never works for me
If I got to a Co. site, say like French's-it works fine.
Go figure.

I haven't downloaded the coupon printer yet, I'm pretty computer ignorant and my hubbie needs to help me with this. My question is this, we have a Mac and are using Safari, does anyone use this also, and do you have problems? Is there something special you have to do? I want this coupon printer, I'm loosing out on a lot of money savings, your help and suggestions will be appreciated.

I got a new printer not too long ago and forgot to change my default printer to the new one... could that be part of the problem>?
