I live on the NW side of Indianapolis, and traditionally shop at Kroger but am discovering that Wal-Mart might be best. I know to extreme couponers this is not a good idea as they don't really have a coupon policy, but I'm buying items and only using a few coupons at a time. Does anyone that lives in my area know of the best stores to shop at??

There are a bunch of us from the Indy area on the Forum. I rarely shop at Walmart, I get much better deals following sales at Kroger, Meijer, CVS, Walgreens, and Marsh. Just follow our posts for our shopping trips.

You are lucky! There are several fantastic shoppers that live in your area and they regularly post their shopping trips. Copy the items on their list that might apply to your home and ask questions if you need to. The Meijer thread is almost completely the Indy area...
