Thread: Coupon values don't match?

    Default Coupon values don't match?

I live in VA, just outside DC and get my coupons from the Washington Post. Oh, and I'm very new to this
I'm seeing that a lot of my coupons don't match the values in the database. For example, my Gain detergent coupon is for $1 off two while the database shows it to be 50 cents off one. (5/13 PG) This really changes it when matched with the triple coupons this week at Harris Teeter (up to 99cents.)

Why are the values off? What can I do to find the right info? Is CouponMom just not the right site for me to be using in the DC area?

    Thank you!!

    ~Elizabeth

    Hi Wizbiff,
This is more of an art than a science. Coupons are very regional. Couponmom does a Great job but cannot be certain about every area. A lot depends on the printers and distributers I would imagine. I live in an area where I may get up to three different versions of an insert. It is too bad that you got $1/2 instead of $0.50/1 and many times I have felt that pain but the flip side to that coin is when it happens the other way and that feels great! Coupon Mom is a great resource but like anything else you have to verify the q's you receive. Finding a local blogger in your area would be a good addition to your resources as well. Stick with it, your asking the right questions and I think you do well.
