Target coupon inserts missing!

I was SO excited to see BOTH a Target insert with $2 off haircolor coupon AND P&G insert with the same $2 off haircolor coupon in last week's paper. Knowing that I could stack the 2 coupons I would be able to save 1/2 the normal price of haircolor. (Normally 6.99 a box.) Sure enough, the same haircolor went on sale today for $6 a box. Now here is the disappointing part. I normally will go to Menards to buy additional copies of the paper for $1. Last week, they were sold out. So I went to WalMart and purchased the paper. I went through the coupon inserts this morning and.....you guessed it, the Target coupon insert is NOT in the papers I purchased at WalMart. Ugh. So I essentially lost $4 in coupons. Ugh. I did look online to see if perchance I could print the coupon from Targets website. No luck.

So really, is it just that the insert is only in the home delivery version? I would think the coupon insert package is the same in all the papers, but I guess not. This was a HUGE disappointment for me Still drooling over being able to get a $7 box of haircolor for $2. Well at least I can get 1 box for this price...

No, it's not that it was home delivery only. Sometimes not all inserts will be in all papers. That's why most of us check the papers thoroughly before buying them! You said it was in the Target insert from last week? If so, I got those and I can send you hair color coupons since I don't color my hair. Just post a few more times so you can send PMs, and then send me a PM with the coupon info and your address.

We didn't have it here either, but had it in last weeks. Didn't even know it was suppose to be in this weeks paper! Well I stopped checking the papers when I get them, cause it seemed nobody else did, but for some reason while I was standing there watching the lady ring then up, I thought I need to check these today before leaving the store. At our dollar tree you can't touch the papers until after you buy them, the employees ask how many you need (up to 5) and get them for you and ring them up. So, I take mine over to the shopping carts(you know while they are all pushed together in the front of the store by registers) and stood there and started looking through them. Well all the other couponers (there are a few of us that are always there every Sunday) decided to do the same thing when I said I was going to check them. Sure enough redplum was missing from some of them. I think like 3 of us had them missing in at least one of the papers we got. But they had no problem letting us change them with another paper.
