Manage Alerts for individual items

We used to be able to manage alerts for specific items and could key in phrases with a brand name such as "tidy cats cat litter" or "diet coke" OR a with a broader phrase such as "cat litter" or "diet soda". Is this still possible? I've always had a difficult time figuring out how (and remembering) to make changes to my list, but now I can't even find it!

The Deal Alert section has been down for a long time now. However when I go to the Grocery Deal section there is a window for selecting the store you want... there is also a box in that window that you can type in the item (specific or generic) you are looking for.
