Help! Can't get Java to install

I've been trying to install java so I can print some of the coupons offered at red plum. I get it downloaded but I keep getting an error message when I try to install it. I looked up the error at Java's site but they have no fix or helpful info. Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

My Java is completely up to date, however I get that same message when I try to print using Chrome. I'm not sure what browser you're using, but when I use IE I can print just fine. Try using a different browser maybe?

eta: Errr, I didn't read your message well enough apparently. Java gives you the error and not Redplum's site. My bad.
