BOGO @ walmart

I am fairly new to couponing and have a few questions. I know that walmart will honor another stores bogo if price is listed in ad. The confusion between all managers and associates at my walmart is this...what is the policy on using a coupon on EACH item when one is purchased and the other is free (bogo)?

Sometimes I have no problem when checking out but lately I have had to argue with half the store to use the bogo ads and coupons.

You can really only use one coupon on BOGO because the get one is free. Some might say otherwise but..............Oh, btw, I didn't know Walmart would do a BOGO if the price is mentioned. I might have to remember that.

My walmart does not do it unless it is a specified price.
