You may be able to copy and paste it but I think that is about it. You can sort by column by clicking the arrows at the top of each row.

If you have Excel or another spreadsheet type program you can import the database. I have Excel 2007.
Open a new workbook
Click the data tab
In the upper left corner click 'From Web'
type in the web address
sign in to coupon mom and find the database
click import.
