How do I get the P&G home mailer booklets?

I have NEVER been able to get a Proctor & Gamble home mailer booklet of coupons. Can someone tell me how I can go about getting these? Do you have to buy a certain amount (i.e. $50) to have the coupon booklets mailed to you?

You have to sign up for it when they offer one. I forget the web address but someone usually posts the link here when it goes live.

I get emails from pg.com. I signed up to become a member and every few weeks I get an email about the latest product or it allows me to request coupons. I've gotten products from them twice with coupons inside and mailers from them twice. You can request coupons/emails from them quarterly. The next time I can request and receive coupons from them is April.

I got mine too.....inside the booklet was a $1.00 Dawn coupon. CVS has them on sale starting tomorrow for 99 cents so FREE for me.
