Coupons didn't print and it says I reached my limit
Hi, I tried to print the coupons today and selected all. I don't know what happened but they didn't print and I tried again, still didn't print, and it says that I have reached my limit. Unfortunately, I do not have any coupons in my possession....does anyone know of a way to "reset" or "refresh" the system. If not how long do you have to wait until you can print coupons again. I need to go grocery shopping and just don't want to go without my coupons. Thanks so much.
I learned recently that you need to have the printer set as default in Windows XP in the control panel and if you have it it will have a check mark by it & that's what you want to see. I have two printers and had been using one because I'd run out of ink & then got ink and my coupons didn't print. Not to mention the coupons I printed with that low in ink printer that were no good. I wanted to ask coupons.com to reset my # to print but figured that wouldn't happen anyway.
So my rule for myself now is don't run out of ink. Have the printer on & set as default.
Make sure you are using the operating system & internet browser that coupons.com works with.
I have been having the same problem lately and I thought it was my printer or something but I did have to end up shopping without my coupons. The thing is that I recently reset my cookies and cache and I have always had a default printer set. Any other suggestions?
