More than one coupon

For instance i have 4 $.50 off coupons for Downey and its for sale at $2.99 can i use all 4 coupons to make it $.99?????????????????

No. You can only use one manufacture coupons item. If you want to use 4 coupons for Downey then you need to purchase 4 bottles of downey.
