We have a aldi here in burlington nc. I remembered before i started shopping there i went to their website and contacted their corporate .you can get the number on their site.the corporate csr told me aldi does not take qs at all.reason being because they already offer food at low discounted prices.also because the majority of products they carry you can not find qs for anyway.from time to time aldi will carry namebrand food products. I asked the manager at Aldi in Pembroke Pines, Broward, FL and he said no (because their prices are already very competitive.)

I was thinking that the one I went to in Missouri said they would accept them, but most of the items were "store brand" so really not much to use them on.....

I asked about coupon acceptance when they first opened in my area (back in the 90's I think) and they said "No" for the reasons already mentioned. Same w/ Big Lots. I have had success using the ads from both stores and price matching them @ Wal-Mart. In my area, Aldis puts out 2 different ads -- one in the store which is preview ad for the next week and one in the newspaper for the current week. The Sunday newspaper one is the one you want as it is where produce will be featured at very good prices.

My understanding is the real reason Aldi doesn't take coupons is that when they do carry national brands, it is often under special agreements under which they get a reduced wholesale price in exchange for not being able to redeem coupons. Grocery Outlet on the West Coast has a similar policy.
