Yeah according to KCBS 2 I saw this on 11pm news last night I just got onlne yeah Vons Pavillions I Not sure about Safeway going offer lower prices to deal with Albertsons and other stores in SO CAL that offer lower prices

hmmm... wonder why Henry's didn't make the list? I shop Henry's for all my produce. Not even the sales prices at vons/ralphs/albertsons can come close to the henry's when it comes to produce.

I will not shop food 4 less for produce or meat - too many bad experiences

as far as von's having the lowest prices - I haven't shopped there much in the last year, as it seems every week ralph's has way more deals and beats their prices when combining sales, coupons, e-coupons, etc. I guess if you don't use coupons at all, they might be cheaper.

OH MAN at my Food 4 less they have best produce but meat is okay I know you talking about I think only once my father have bad experience

Ralphs & Vons/Pavilions are now in a war to get more customers back by lowering prices. (Albertsons in Southern California did this earlier in the year).
They have lost customers to Walmart and Target since they increased their grocery sections there.
I hope this means we will get even more items free with coupons!
