Smile 2 Q's...be sure to take with you!

This week at Giant (at least here in Northern Virginia),

Pillsbury brownie mixes are $1 each ($10 for $10). The Coupon Mom list doesn't list the associated coupon, but there is one out there that is current - $1 off of two Pillsbury brownie mixes or 2 frostings. Using that one, brownies are $.50 a box.

Also...take your Guldens spicy brown mustard Q's with you! That's an unadvertised deal...$1 each (10 for $10). With the $1 off/2 Q, mustard is $.50 each also!

The deal on the General Mills cereal is pretty good too. Buy 4, get $6 credit to your bill, as well as a coupon for a free gallon of milk. I had two $.75 Q's (Fiber One, which were both doubled), and a $.50 Q (Cheerios, also doubled). I didn't have a Q for the fourth box of cereal I needed to buy, so chose Cinnamon Toast Crunch - daughter's favorite, and it's inexpensive. After all was said and done, it came out to about $6.50 for four boxes, and I walked out with a free milk Q.

Last tip, I've got. I found a peelie on some tortillas, for Gorton's fish sticks.

If anybody else finds anything unadvertised/great, please post! Let's keep trying to help each other!

Your post may have answered a question that I have been wanting to ask. When items go on sale say 10/10 or 5/5 does that mean that those items are $1 if bought individually? You post seems to imply that.

Yes -- items are $1 and you do NOT need to buy all 10 to get the deal. It will ring up individually for $1.00.
