Fuzzy math on a doubled coupon?

My last post for the day, I almost promise!

I bought 33 cent Yoplait yogurts on clearance, and used a .40/6 Q. However, it didn't couble, it multiplied but only another .26. . . anyone else ran into this? I'm not complaining b/c the clearance is cheap enuf, but i can't quite figure out the math they used?

I don't know why, but it seems to me the coupon doubled up to the price of two yogurts. $0.33 x 2 = $ 0.66, Coupon $0.40 plus $0.26 = $0.66.
