Got the new Giant Eagle flyer and they are introducing foodperks!. For every 10 gallons of gas yo fill up at GetGo, you get 1% off your food order. You can earn foodperks even when you are redeeming fuelperks. Max redemtion at one time is 20% on a $300 order.

Sounds cool! I wish I had more getgo's closer to me.

DH got the info flyer on this one yesterday while at the store. Seems you will now earn fuelperks points on foodperks..and then also foodperks points towards the % savings on fuel purchases. Says it includes fuel purchased that you get for free under the fuelperks program also. So can earn % off food, even when getting free fuel.
Just gotta let the cashier know when you want to use your % savings on the grocery bill is all. The points for the foodperks program can just accumulate and roll over also if you go above that 20%/$300 limit too. So if have earned enough points for 25%, just the 20% will apply and you'll have a 5% head start for the next time.
GC purchases are excluded from the foodperks program in going towards the % savings. They still apply towards the fuelperks from what I have read though.
