Response from Vocal point--cannot rate product!

I sent them an email stating I could not rate their secret clinical due to some problem with the site. I know others had this problem so I also said several others I spoke with on a coupon forum had the same problem. HTH.

Sorry to hear about your recent experience with our product survey. We value your feedback and your opinions have a huge impact on everything we do, so we're working to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

It might help us to know which browser you are running on your personal computer, because we haven't seen the same results. We suspect your internet browser may need an upgrade, but we really don't know. If you would like to try upgrading your browser, many of our members use Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox and report good results.

I want you to know that this doesn't affect your membership in any way. As long as you choose to continue participating in our programs, we will continue to include you! So keep an eye out for our weekly newsletter - it's the best way to stay up-to-date on everything we're doing!

I couldn't rate it either. But was too busy to email them. Would you post the link to the updated version when you get it please?

When I tried to rate the product from the link on my e-mail, I couldn't do it. But, when I clicked on that link, then signed in, I was able to do so. Did you sign in?

Yes I was signed in and attempted to rate several times. Apparently they think my computer is too old or something. Oh well. I don't know what you mean Sylvia by the updated version.

I did not try to rate it from the email link b/c I deleted it by mistake. I was able to rate it by signing into Vocal Point.

Just got another package in the mail today from them, I haven't had time to open it yet.

For future accidental deletions, you should be able to restore a deleted email from the "deleted" folder.

I couldn't rate this either. However, I could answer some of the question, but not the first 4 question. It will only let you submit, if you complete the questionare. To bad I like the product, but not the container.
