i did not stay up late last night and just thought of it again this morning. to my surprise i was able to complete the form for the mailed Qs.
you may want to try again, they are giving away 18000 Qs per day until Oct 12th i think.

Just got through. It was super fast. However, there was a glitch with the conf. page or my computer. The conf. page just kept re-loading over and over. I had to restart my computer to get it to go away.
